In 2007 we were still just an idea that evolved from self-experience. We took what we consider to be the best of our family recipes and brought them from our kitchen table to the production line. At that point we decided, and we have never strayed from the idea, that we shall never use any chemical preservatives in our foods. Only pure and natural ingredients are used, and we proved it could be done.
